1.    Prices
Prices for the Air Conditioners have been mentioned in the advert and have solely been decided by Appliance world Ltd, and the company has full rights to change the prices without any prior notice. Prices mentioned on the product are for the product only, and does not include any transportation of goods. 

2.    Collection
As per company policy, AWL provides free delivery within the radius of 5KM from their Branches there is Bugolobi & Kisementi. More than 5Km Client has to bear delivery cost as per rate fixed by Appliance World Ltd. 

3.    Damage
Customers are requested to do the thorough physical inspection of the product before they leave the Appliance World premises if any goods are damaged or not. Appliance World Ltd will not be responsible for any damage occurring during the transportation of the goods if the customer has not checked. 

4.    Return Policy.       
a.      Goods once sold are not returnable.
b.      In case a customer wants to return the goods, Customer has to inform Appliance World Ltd in Writing within 24hrs from date of Purchase. AWL               will reserve the rights to accept or refuse the return request.
c.       In Case AWL accepts the return, customer has to provide Original Receipt/ Product has to be intact / Product has to be returned with its original             packing along with Accessories.
d.      In case AWL accepts the return of goods, Client has to pay 10% for the product value as Administration Fee, which will be deducted from product           value and balance amount shall be returned only through cheque in name of customer. 

5.    Warranty Information
Air Conditioners of All the other brands comes with 2Yr Warranty if installed by AWL 

6. Air Conditioners
- Air Conditioners for all the brands come with 2 Yr Warranty. 
- In case, Appliance World has not done the Installation, no warranty shall apply.
- An Air conditioner comes with different Sizes / Cooling Capacities for different sizes of rooms, In case, Appliance World Ltd has not recommended the suitable size or cooling capacity of Air Conditioner for the room and client has purchased as per their recommended size or cooling capacity AWL shall not be responsible for any malfunctioning of product.   

7. AVS
In order to avail warranty services for all Air Conditioners, it is strongly recommended and compulsory to use an AVS. Warranty will be void in case the client has not used the AVS recommended by Appliance WorldAfter checking the Air Conditioner and it is presumed that it has a fault due to power, then AWL reserves the right to advise the customer if the product has faults due to Power Fluctuation. In such cases also the warranty will be void. 

8.    Limitation and Liability
AWL is not liable/responsible for any damage / scratch/ Dent / Theft or loss of goods after it is delivered to clients and acknowledged by clients. AWL is also not responsible for any personal injuries/loss of life, or catastrophic property damage out of misuse of products or use without proper product knowledge. Type your paragraph here
